    This girl can cook. Loved the good array of veggies. Next time I will use more. Had cut down on the pasta to keep the carbs in check. The vegetables cook down and get lost in the dish and I like the vegetables to dominate. Used Herbes de Provence. Will try Tuscan Herbs next time to see what they do.

    Great flavor and so easy to make. The recipe makes a bunch so the next day we planned to re-heat but found that it was just as good as a cold pasta salad. If you love your veggies, you'll love this flavorful recipe.

    This meal is easy to prepare especially after a long day at the office. It is a light meal which can be enjoyed at 6:00pm or 9:00pm since there is no feeling of being bloated afterwards. It is oh so healthy! You can serve this meal to your carnivore friends as well as your vegetarian friends.

    When watching the recipe on TV I thought I could do that. Guess what? I did. I did change the seasoning to greek which is my all time favorite and had guests for dinner. Every one loved it and was completely satisfied.

    A positively lovely recipe. I've made this dish twice since first watching this show. For a quick short cut, try a bag of pre-cut carrots, sliced asparagus and onion. Equally delicious, and less than work than slicing the zucchini and squash.

    THIS RECIPE WAS AWESOME. I MADE IT FOR A PICNIC AND EVERYONE LOVED IT. BIG HIT. IT IS WAY TOO EASY TO MAKE THAT EVERYONE SHOULD AT LEAST TRY IT.
