    My daughter & I saw this recipe while watching the show & had to make it! My family loved it so much they even saved some for thier Grandfather to try. He just emailed me & told me he loved it as much as we did!!!!

    This was a very easy and great tasting meal. I added some mushrooms and pepperoni I had left over from pizza a few nights before. We will definetely be having this meal again.

    I love this dish. The flavors are so rich, but not overpowering. The only drawback is that pancetta can be hard to find--but don't substitute because it's worth the hunt!
