    This was really good and I will definitely make it again! The only thing I changed was instead of using Pecorino Romano I used freshly greated parmasean.

    I took a chance and made this for my family since it looked so easy and I'm a big fan of the tomato sauce... I'm Amazed at how well it came out! Very flavorful and rich! Let's just say it was a HUGE hit! Thanks Giada!

    AS USUAL, THIS IS ANOTHER WONDERFUL RECIPE FROM GIADA. IT'S AN EASY DISH AND CAME TOGETHER QUICKLY. GOOD FOR A WEEKNIGHT MEAL.

    What a fabulous dish - I never used pancetta before but now my freezer will not be without it - just to make this fabulous pasta - everyone loved it - I served it on Christmas Day and many time since - I did add basil and I used canned tomato sauce instead of the tomatoes - simply divine. Thanks Giada!

    This is a great and easy pasta recipe. I added a few extra spices and a little more garlic (we love garlic and it got rave reviews from my boyfriend. Thanks Giada, he thinks I am an amazing cook! :

    This is a quick and DELIC meal. Instead of dicing the pancetta, I cut it into small slices. It spreads out the saltiness, instead of biting into what, to me, tastes like chunks of salt. FANTASTIC!! Giada can make even shoe leather taste AND LOOK appetizing.
