    We loved the taste of this sauce. It is easy and adds a lot of flavor to pasta. I decreased the amount of oil she suggested when I made this.

    This recipe was so good. I loved the pancetta with it. Just watch how much salt you add to the pasta water because you add some of the water to the sauce at the end...mine turned out a little salty the first time.

    It was a good dish, but I either did not use enough pancetta or it needed "something" else to give the dish more oomph.

    We really enjoyed this recipe. Although it lacked a little flavor so I added some fresh thyme ! that finished it off perfectly . Also next time I make it I will make sure to cut the chunks of pancetta smaller . The smaller peices will add more flavor and a better texture to the dish !.

    I don't cook, but have recently decided to try. I made this recipe with no problem! It turned out great and tasted wonderful! My husband was stuffed!

    Robust! Pancetta istheperfect meat for the salty flavor. Red pepper flakes addthe perfect amount of heat and using linguine instead of the traditional bucatone adds the perfect touch for the robust, thick tomatoish goodness!!
