Very simnple and delicious. I used 2 cups freshly chopped spinach in the sauce which wilted in nicely. I bet cut up aspargus would be good too.

This really was a snap to make & my husband & son loved it. Great for a quick lunch. Have lots of cheese on hand and crusty bread.
