Super yummy! I've made it twice and does some variations. The 2nd time I added fresh garlic, fresh parmesan & asiago and used tortellini instead. Both ways were thoroughly enjoyed!

Excellent Recipe. I make this all the time! I usually double it, nix the basil and add plenty of salt.

This dish was fantastic! My oldest son hates peas and carrots and he really enjoyed it. I was thrilled! I did serve grilled chicken breast with this dish and it worked very nicely. The two cheeses made this dish creamy and the basil added a hint of flavor that complemented everything very well. I will be making this again for sure. Thanks Giada!

I made this for my super picky boyfriend, he didn't care for it.
I found it very bland and even added garlic, salt and pepper as well as some italian spices.
Maybe we just don't like peas, I think I'd try it will zuchini next time.

I thought it was good but pretty bland for my taste buds so i added some garlic salt and black pepper. Next time I'll have to add more salt and fresh garlic.

My toddlers didn't care for this, but they are just way too picky. The adults liked it though. It makes a nice side dish and very easy to make!

Saw this on her show and thought it would be perfect for my kids (I have four under six years. I accidentally bought the wrong mascarpone cheese so I substituted and added mozzarella instead. It was DELICIOUS! I doubled the recipe so we actually ate it two nights in a row and we're having the rest tonight. Please try it - it's easy, good on your wallet, and delicious in your stomach!
