This is my go-to party dip. Sophisticated, eye- catching, and most importantly, completely addicting. Guests are constantly asking me for the recipe and I am a little embarrassed at how easy it is. Thanks Giada for a great spread.

I really liked this idea, but thought it needed a little tweaking. Added a few drops of lemon infused oil, a couple of tablespoons of Mascarpone, and topped it with thinly sliced radishes instead of tomatoes. Yum! I also liked that you could make it in advance and it didn't turn brown or get the bread soggy.

Loved this recipe!! Instead of using plain olive oil I used garlic thyme infused olive oil, it was soooo good!

Sorry I had to even give this recipe one star - it's terrible!! I have loved all of Giada's recipes up to now, but NO ONE liked this one. Not my husband, kids, grandchildren, or the neighbor who dropped in. It looked so good.... Ugh!!

I gave this one star because its pretty. I guess if you were a huge fan of frozen peas this would be good. I like frozen peas but after trying this recipe I now know that I'm not a big enough fan for this recipe.

If you use a good quality frozen pea you will LOVE this recipe!!!! I did add more cheese to taste, which made more creamy and countered the sweetness of the pea. The color was so bright and beautiful... its not expensive or time consuming SOOO worth trying. Took to a (Mommy's Wine and cheese party... It was the talk of the party! Couldn't be happier! Thanks for the recipe.

Not for me. I saw the episode and thought it looked good. I was further hopeful based on the positive reviews here. It just tasted like blended peas. I couldn't take it to the party I had intended it for.

Oh my goodness! This is so good; I can see why she served it to the Duke and Duchess. It's amazing, with just a hint of sweetness. I omitted the garlic bc I didn't want bad breath and used whatever white cheese I had --I think it was extra sharp white cheddar-- the important thing is to get that creamy, salty bite from the cheese. I also added a few fresh basil leaves. No one would EVER know it's peas. My dad tried it before I told him, and he had no clue. Oh, and Giada is right- extra dry, crispy bread is best bc this does make the bread soggy.... but MMMMM

This was a very good treat. It paired well with the lemon chicken soup recipe of Giada's. This would be more of a once and a while sides, but definitely good. My sister, who hates peas, actually liked it lol

Very easy and delicious. I have made this recipe several times now and people love it. It is always gone at the end of the party or event.
