I had some peaches that were going to go bad soon so I found this recipe. I used frozen strawberries and cornstarch instead of arrowroot. It was fantastic. Served with some whipped cream.

This is delicious! Well worth the effort of peeling the ripe peaches! Would have liked to have seen a substitute for the arrowroot since I couldn't find it. Ended up using corn starch, but wasn't sure of the measurements. It turned out good anyway!

This was delicious and very easy to make. I was able to find the arrowroot in the bulk spice section at my grocery store. I also did as another reviewer mentioned and put the crumble into individual ramekins. Turned out perfect!!

So wonderful! I used fresh strawberries and frozen peaches. Came out perfect.! Added a little nutmeg too. The only place I could find arrowroot is Sprouts. I bet Whole Foods would have it too. Can't wait for peaches to come into season.

very tasty, I used corn starch instead of the arrow root flour, and switched Brown sugar for the splenda brown sugar for a lower sugar level. It was excellent.
