Absolutely delicious. Looking forward to baking it next time with other fruits. I had forgotten how to skin peaches, so if the recipe had included that technique, it would have been perfect. I googled it, but not having to take that step would have been great.

This was DELICIOUS!! Family thought it was the best crisp they've ever had! The only thing I didn't do was put the topping in the food processor because I like it chunky. Next time I will be experimenting with different fruit combinations. Definitely recommend trying! So easy!

this dessert was just OK!! I have made many of Giada's recipes and loved them all, this was not my favorite, but I did use frozen peaches. The topping was yummy and saved the dish

To HungryHannah - I agree, I love that people share their ideas for improving or "tweaking" a dish. You are free to follow the original recipe or make it with some of the suggestions of others who had made the dish. As someone who doesn't really enjoy cooking, but loves to eat - when I do try a recipe, I read the reviews and take the comments and suggestions into consideration when making it. Usually this leads to a more successful dish and I feel a little better about cooking!

Followed the recipe exactly and it turned out beautifully. I find it helpful to read reviews before trying a new dish; I just wish people who change many/most of the ingredients and/or prep would not submit what they consider a "review" of the existing recipe. I find it time consuming to read useless information and consider it an insult to the person who submitted the recipe.

Really easy and versatile recipe! Will definitely be making again maybe with plums and blueberries next time! Used cornstarch instead of arrowroot and it worked perfect! Good consistency, not too runny!

Delicious recipe. Loved the Oatmeal crunch and the Brown sugar added to the flavor. Highly recommend!

This recipe is so versatile which I love, that lets me have fun with the flavors. I just made a pan tonight and switched an array of the ingredients. Instead of lemon juice I used mango-lemonade(less tart but still bright, instead of arrow flour I used cornstarch and all-purpose flour, instead of peaches I used blueberries,I didn't have quaker oats so I used cornflakes (I did 1 cup for some crunch, I used Accent's butter toffee flavor almond slices and I topped the whole this off with Cherry Vanilla ice cream. It's amazing, I hope I don't eat the whole pan...
