I am a big fan of crumble desserts and had to try this one when I saw it. Its a perfect summer time dessert, not too sweet with just the right amount of tartness. I did not have any arrowroot so I substituted cornstarch and it came out just fine, not too runny. I would recommend giving it a try.

For this recipe I used frozen sliced peaches and fresh strawberries. Thought it was delicious, except that the topping was little too heavin for such a light summer dessert. Will definately try again and lessen the topping amount.

This recipe was great and we loved the almonds with the oatmeal for the topping. I probably do this for all cobblers I make, maybe some walnuts for apple cobbler would be good. My only concern was the tartness, with ice cream it was good but if i ever planned to eat it alone I'd want it a little sweeter.

This recipe was very easy, but everyone I served it to thought it could be a little sweeter. I did serve it with vanilla ice cream, which helped, but I thought it was ok. I would not make it, again.

I had to make a small change when I realized I didn't have a lemon! So I used Mango Flavored Rum. OMG it was soooo good. Now I have two great ways that come out great.

The flour for both the filling and topping were listed. You must have missed it. =

this recipe was good be it would have been nice if the recipe card had the amount of flour needed listed.
