I tried this recipe Sunday night to try it before I had friends over for dinner on Tuesday night. It was GREAT on Sunday, and even better on Tuesday...I made this recipe exactly as it reads, then in another pan, I used Splenda instead of sugar, and I drizzled amaretto over the top of the peaches before I put the butter on them. Both pans were gone!

this is so easy and delicous, it was light and not to sweet, its great for a light desert or even for breakfast.
