They came out so pretty and tasted so good I wanted to open a bakery with them! I used apricot jam in mine because that's what I already had on hand. I will definitely make these again and again.

I just made these yesterday and everyone loved them. Instead of jam I used nutella and it worked out very well.

These cookies were soooooooo good!! The only problem I had was I must not have put enough jam in the middle. I had to add more when they came out of the oven. Very pretty cookie.
You can get your chocolate fix with these. YUM

These cookies are scrumptious! I used seedless red raspberry jam. I will definitely be making these again. So moist with a hint of chocolate. Wonderful recipe!

This cookie tasted really good, and the recipe was really easy and straightforward. I would just advise possibly baking the cookies either at 350 or for 9-12 minutes instead of 11-14. The first batch came out of the oven fine, but when the second batch came out, they were black on the bottom. Great recipe-but just be careful with the bake time/temp.

The cookie is delicious, and definitely worth switching up your usual chocolate chip or peanut butter for. I love that there is chocolate and peanut butter and jam. The cookies look beautiful out of the oven too. The only thing was that mine were a bit dry. I might add an egg next time to see if that would help, but I will make this recipe again!

Just put them in the oven. Very easy to put together. The batter tastes great. Looking forward to eating them. Made them for a chocolate party.

Just finished making these cookies. They are very rich and tasty. We didn't have any blackberry jam so we used strawberry instead. It was delicious! A great different cookie.

After seeing Giada make these cookies on todays show, I had to try them. They are so rich and yummy. My husband has had a taste for peanut butter cookies lately and he really liked these. I didn't have creamy peanut butter so I used the chunky instead, I don't think it made a bit of difference. I'll be making these again soon. Thanks Giada for another great recipe.
