    These are Excellent, and so easy to make. I did make them considerably smaller than the recipe called for...about 1-1 1/2 T per cookie and 1/8 tsp jam per cookie, then baked 8-9 minutes. Delicious!

    So yummy! I made them without the blackberry jam and also made them much smaller. I made ping-pong size balls and let my 3-year old son roll them in sugar--he loved helping! Baked them for about 12 min and they turned out great!

    These cookies are fantastic! I actually made 12 with the batter and they are still huge cookies. I don't typically make decadent sweets, but I had all the ingredients already. They were easy and yummy. I'll make them again and again.

    I thought they were so easy to make and they tasted like peanuty chocolatey goodness. The blackberry preserves in the middle sealed the deal! I felt like a real cookie maker and my family lovesem.

    Your peanut butter cookies were to die for! easy to make and I crave peanut butter and chocolate so perfect pairing, great recipe Giada your my Favorite chef on the food network! I watch you all the time!

    I love the flavor of the cookies, but after the first batch, I had to toss them and start over. I did everything the way it said to in the recipe but not only did the jam seem to have the juice seep out all over the top of the cookie (making it a bit ugly, but the jam itself shrunk into a tiny nickel sized circle. AND the middle didn't cook all the way through. So my mom suggested making them like typical thumbprint cookies, basically half the size suggested, and adding the jam after they leave the oven. Fingers crossed this works!

    What a truely delicious cookie. I make them all different ways/ little drop cookies, big chewy cookies, flat crispier cookies, and big cookies with a nutella centre. Yum!!!
