Super tasty and moist. I only had smooth peanut butter so I added trail mix w m&ms, raisins and various nuts and it was delicious! Thanks Giada!

I thought these peanut butter granola bars were great! However, I changed the recipe slightly..I used a reduced fat chunky peanut butter, cut the butter measurement in half, used sugar free honey and used dried cherries instead of the chocolate chips! I actually think I could even cut the butter measurement even lower next time. They still taste GREAT!! I would definitely recommend this tasty snack! Soo easy!!!

I agree. Cut down on some of the butter. otherwise they are very oily. Also, refrigerating overnight or at least 2 hours will help on the falling apart. I love these!

These are delicious as is. For the people that said they fell apart, you have to wait for the whole hour before cutting them. I know it's hard to wait because they smell amazing, but if you wait the whole hour, they won't fall apart but will still be moist.

OK...so I will say that this a hands down delicious recipe. However, I faced all of the same problems with my granola bars not staying together. I even took one reviewer's advice and cooked my bars for 28 minutes (instead of the recommended 15. To me the main problem with this recipe is that there is way too much butter - which just leaves the granola gooey and oily. I will try this recipe again b/c it truly is delicious...but I will only use half of the butter it calls for.

Good idea but it all fell apart even after waiting 2 hours for them to cool. Something is not right with the recipe.

This is a very easy and quick snack. I made them in mini-muffin tins and they are great bit size treats. I also added craisins - just because they were there. Great treat!

I absolutely love this recipe. I can't get enough of them. I find that if I put them in the refrigerator for a bit after they cool, they cut much better. This is one of those recipes that I wish I could hide and not share but unfortunately my family likes them also :- Easy and very yummy and I find myself making them weekly.

My family loves this receipe, but it's so crumbly. Any suggestions on how to make it more compact?
