So easy to make and so flavorful. A big hit the first time around, I will be keeping this recipe around for a long time!

This was a wonderful side dish full of fresh flavors that all married well together. The creaminess of the cannellini beans and the bit of crunch from the edamame was a great contrast. I also enjoyed the the freshness of the herbs. My favorite was the yummy salty chucks of pecorino. I added some grated pecorino also so that salty touch was in every bite. The longer it sat the better it got. I suggest preparing this the day before you want to eat it.

A tasty, fresh yet hearty salad, Giada's signature of using simple ingredients and fresh herbs to create a flavorful dish.

I am always looking for a quick vegetable side to add to lunches and dinners and this is so wonderful! I have tried it one time by slicing cheese into the small chunks like Giada does, but I have also grated the cheese over the beans. I prefer the cheese grated, which may make it a little more fatty, but the flavor is wonderful and the cheese is not quite as potent with each bite. If you do grate the cheese over the salad, I would not add the salt she calls for! The cheese is already so salty and with the pecorino grated over it, there is no need for the extra.

This was so good!! I made it exactly as the recipe called for and it was perfect. I actually doubled it and brought it to two different parties and it was a total hit. I will make this again soon!

Love this recipe. I brought it to a work luncheon in an attempt to bring something healthy. Everyone raved over it and I had many requests for the recipe. It's perfect and tastes even better the next day!
