We loved this salad. We ate it on its own, and used it on top of romaine for a quick salad with the leftovers. When we did that, we hardly needed dressing because the beans have so much flavor. It also kept well. I think we had it for about a week.

This salad has the perfect combination of fresh flavors. I made it for a birthday dinner party--and every one loved it (and requested the recipe. I didn't change a thing.

The blend of flavors is awesome. My entire family loved this. The pecorino romano just finishes it off nicely.

This was so delicious, I always enjoy Giada's recipes and this is one of my favorites!! The roasted garlic really adds a nice extra flavor and I used Parmesan cheese because I already had it around - still great! It's also soo easy to make, it took me less than 10 minutes.

This recipe is so simple, yet so tasty! I made it for a Summer Sunday afternoon bbq and EVERYONE loved it! The fact that it is so portable and can sit in the fridge for a few days works for a busy Mom of 5! Love it! Thanks Giada!

I just finished this salad and it is wonderful, easy and healthy. Didn't change a thing, but put in one half the amount of cheese the recipe called for. Wanda, Bogart, Ga.

This recipe is super easy and quick to make, but man, did it go over like gangbusters! The garlic and rosemary gives it the perfect fragrance and taste that's perfect for a summer evening get-together. This one definitely goes in my regular

I did add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and substituted basil for the rosemary. This took about 5 minutes to make and is really tasty.
