The mix of ingredients made it taste like it took me more than 30 mins to make. Great recipe Giada!

My review is specifically for Giada. I only wish I could cook a fraction of what you can do. Like you, I am Italian and you know that the way to an Italian man's heart is definitely through his stomach. I believe you are every Italian man's dream. You are phenominal in the way you cook and how you make it all seem so easy. I either burn food or everything tastes
horrible. My family always has strange looks on their faces when they eat, or I tend to make the same thing all the time because I can't think of what to make or I am not creative to put something good together. I don't really have the passion for cooking. With you, the passion is too obvious. I still want to know how to cook so I can make my family happy. My husband tells me that I am trying too hard and that I should be more relaxed...

Made this for ladies night and it was fantastic. Since we are all watching what we eat, we substituted 2% milk and egg-beaters and turned out just great! Definate keeper!!!

We loved it. I was nervous with the eggs. I didn't want them to scramble. I was really happy that it all came together!

Substituted with bacon, but turned out good. Just a little too creamy for me, but the hubby loved it!!

This dish really is SO easy! It is also SO GOOD!

For a change or to make it a little fancier, I throw in some frozen cooked shrimp...again...easy...

I just put the frozen shrimp in the collander and drain the penne right over them and add them all back to the pot together!

I love all of Giada's recipes and I make them all of the time. I'm not sure what went wrong with this one. It came out really runny and eggy ( if eggy is a word:My Husband and I tossed it all out. I read through the recipe at least 4 times. I still don't think I messed up! I just don't think it's a great recipe. Skip this one! Try her Chicken Cacciatore instead! It's Amazing!
