    I was a little concerned being one of the first to try this recipe but it actually came out quite good. My husband and children enjoyed it and I will definitely make it again. It has a very mild taste but still flavorful.

    As the prior review - could not wait to try it,
    Found it rather bland - however, as you stated this was a childhood dish.
    AND, the little people enjoyed it - including the crunch of the almonds.
