I just made this tonight for my family for dinner. Even tho my husband was not hungry, due to a party he went to earlier, he ate 2 plates of it!! He and my 7 year old LOVED it! I followed directions exactly but forgot to set aside the pasta water for the end, but it still turned out awesome, I just might end up paying for that mistake tomorrow when it is very thick. But, it was delicious!!! I make alot of her recipes and I have not met a dish I did not like yet :D And they are all very easy to make for the everyday cook. Thanks Giada!!

Saw this on TV this morning, made it for dinner tonight. It looked just like on TV. So yummy with many flavors jumping around in your mouth. The texture was amazing. When I was preparing it I worried there was too much garlic. Not to worry, it was perfect.

i love garlic but there was to much garlic in this for me and i like alot of meat in meals and this one didnt call for enough. To change all this I would put jus one clove of garlic or jus make some homeade garlic bread for the side and 4 cups of chicken and i also added about 6 baby portobello mushrooms diced that was a nice touch and i like the almond sauce it had a gritty texture to it i will make this again and make these changes to my liking!

I am always looking for something a little different and this certainly fills the bill. I have many, many recipes from Giada and they have all become our family's favorites and this one is no exception. If you try it I know you will love it too. Wonderful delicate flavor of almonds with the sweet little peas excentuated by the lemon is a delicious burst in your mouth!

I really like the base of this recipe but the almond flavor is a little over whelming. I think it might be better with peanuts.

My husband and I love this! It's filling, but light! A great summer lunch or dinner dish. Try it!

Made this for the family, and everyone loved it. Great flavors and sooo easy. Makes a ton, though, so be sure to scale back if you don't need that much.

The dish looked good on TV and the recipe sounded quick and tasty. Well, neither myself, my husband nor my 16 year old son cared for it. The flavor of the dish was pleasant. Mellow, light and garlicy. The ground almonds give the dish a gritty/grainy texture that I did not find appealing. I will not make this again and would recommend you steer clear of this one.

This pasta dish had so much flavor. The lemon zest was a nice surprise. I used no-fat half and half instead of heavy cream. I made half the recipe, it was enough for at least 4 people. The pasta was delicious hot but it was very good cold too. Will make it for company.
