This is so easy to make and has great flavor! My 6 year old loved it to. The last time I made it I added chicken and it was great. Being pregnant I have been CRAVING this pasta alot!

Made this as a side dish & the whole family had seconds, even the picky 9 yr old AND my hubbie who thinks all pasta must come with a meat sauce! Wow! The kids even took containers for lunch the next day! I will definitely use this recipe again & again!

I have a lot of family that are vegetarians so it's always interesting trying to cook when family comes over to visit to find something that can be interesting yet good for them. This dish was perfect! Everyone enjoyed it. I doubled the ingredients and still had no left overs for me to enjoy later. Would highly recommend this if you have picky eaters coming over or vegetarians. : Will definitely make this again, even when no special dietary orders and necessary!

My husband doesn't usually like dishes like this, but he asked for seconds! I have added shrimp and made it an entree instead of a side dish. Add a salad and a good bread and it's ready for company! I am going to try with chicken next! Thanks Giada, for always bringing us such great and simple recipes!

this recipe is so easy - i made it quickly last night before heading to bed for lunch the next day and have a ton left over for the next week (college budget! I used edamame instead of peas because I had it in the house and it was to die for! easy to pack and go - the flavors stood up after reheating. A hit for sure!

Love this pasta recipe! Sounds so easy and delicious, too! The pasta will be even better with freshly grown cherry tomatoes from my garden. For an extra treat I will also use shredded basil from my herb garden on top of the pasta. Yummy! Can't with for the harvest!

Most vegetarian dishes are flavorless or drenched in cheese and/or butter to infuse flavor. I was wary about how it would turn out but like all of Giada's recipes this did not disappoint. I loved it because it's quick to make, tasty, nutritious, and healthy. It comes together very nicely and comes with a flavorful punch! I added white button mushrooms which added a nice meaty texture.
