This recipe is amazing! It's been on my recipe box forever, and I had to make a comment about how delicious it is. I've been making it for 4 years, and it's definitely a family favorite. Will continue making it forever, thanks Giada!

I jokingly call this "man-catcher pasta," since all of the men in my life LOVE this dish, but it is really a misnomer because so do all the women! The steak is so simple yet so tasty- sometimes I'll even make the steak on its own! This is my go-to dish when I want something quick yet satisfying. The only changes I ever make is to add just a sprinkling of red pepper flakes and parmesan cheese at the end. I would be wary of which balsamic vinegar you use- in the past I have used different brands without sampling them first, and it has made the vinaigrette a too sweet for my liking.

Easy to make. Delicious! A family staple in our house. Even my teenager can (and does make this meal. When we have a hard time finding Arugula (which isn't oven, we've substituted Spinach - which is tasty too - just milder.

I wanted to like it, really, i did. With all the rave reviews i was expecting too. But this dish was very disappointing. The meat was good, and that was about it. Maybe the arugula is an aquired taste, i dunno. Sauce wasnt up to my expectations either. Oh well, at least i tried! Wont be making this again though.

This dressing is great. I made it for lunch tomorrow. I dressed the pasta, meat and put the arugula in a seperate container to mix tomorrow.

This was a really good pasta dish!! The spinach added at the last minute made it wilt ever so slightly and it was still crisp and fresh. The steak was soo flavorful and tender. At the time when I made this, I had never tasted balsamic vinegar. It was a really good dressing. The steak would probably be good as a steak sandwich. I will definently make this again. Thanks Giada!
