My husband and I love this recipe! It is very easy to make and tastes great served right away or chilled.

This is a yummy pasta dish that everyone I've made it for wants the recipe. It's super flavorful and cooks up very fast. I will be making this often.

Really yummy! I agree with some other reviews, recipe makes with a lot of olive oil, you may want to reduce it some. I mimicked Giada and had a "picnic" for my honey and he loved it!

One of the best recipes I have ever had. I am not a big fan of beef but I definitely enjoyed the beef in this dish.
I decided to double the recipe and it was 6 of us. We all had thirds and it was gone by the next day. It seems like even though we doubled the recipe, 2 pounds of beef was not enough so the next time I make this, we will cook another pound of beef.
The other thing I would do differently is adding something crunchy to it. It needs some crunch so I am going to add toasted pine nuts next time.

I had always wanted to try a steak and pasta dish like this, but never saw one until Giada made it on her show. This is delicious, the homeade dressing with dijon and the arugula really make this dish stand out. Also it is not as hard to make as it may sound.

I love Giada's recipes! However, this one did not make my list, I served it for my husband and it was terrible, as I said, it was probably my fault, but I wouldn't make it again.

This was a smash hit with the family. I had leftover brisket. I cooked a portabella mushroom with the oil and herbs, then added sliced brisket to the skillet to warm. Otherwise, I followed the recipe exactly. Made the dressing in a jar and shook it up to mix--very quick. I will make this again.

Great for a summer dinner served cold. Nice that it can be made ahead and easily transported. My whole family loved it. Will definitely make again.

This recipe was outrageous. I served it to company and everyone was impressed. I even had some leftovers at room temperature for lunch the next day. There is nothing I would change about the recipe. I used london broil b/c NY Strip was too expensive. I sliced it very thin. The only other thing I did differently was the garlic. I used garlic powder on the steak insteak of fresh garlic and it was great. Can't wait to make it again!
