As always, this recipe by Giada was great but this was even better then great! Being a vegetarian, I made it the same way but substituted Portabella mushrooms for the steak. For my non-vegetarian parents I made the steak as stated, let it rest, then sliced it thin and noticed it was quite pink in the center, so I put it back in the pan for 30 seconds and put mix everything together. My parents LOVED the dish and said the meat was wonderfully tender and nicely flavored. This is a great recipe that shows simple ingredients meld to a beautiful dish. I made this with the popovers and it was a winner! Thank you Giada!

I couldn't find arugula at my local grocery store, so I used baby spinach.

I don't think you need all of the oil, but I absolutely love this. The arugula adds a perfect peppery punch to it. It is also great cold!

This recipe was very simple to make and a nice change to the usual pasta dishes. My husband loved it, i enjoyed it as well except i thought it needed a little more seasonings.

overall, we really enjoyed the recipe. i may have seasoned the beef a little too much and the basalmic vinegar tasted really strong, but it was good. my husband was pleasantly surprised when the warm meat and pasta were mixed in with the arugula. i would make this dinner again.

This satisfies the pasta/steak lover in your house. My husband immediately announced this as a "keeper". I did not have just arugula so I used bagged spinach/arugula mix. Fantastic. This can also be made with left over rare or medium rare roast beef.

Well I made this recipe and it turned out ok. My mistake was that I used too much mustard and it was a bit tart. Otherwise, I will try to make it again. I think it is a great lunch or supper for summer.

I prepared this recipe this weekend and we loved it. I think next time I will add the dressing and steak to the pasta while still warm but wait until it is room temperature to add the greens. They wilted a bit much. Other than that it is perfect.
