This recipe had great flavor and was easy to prepare. What more can you ask for? We camp a lot and will definitely take this on the next trip. It was probably better the second day. Watch the time on the steak - I found 7 min. a side made for a medium steak.

This dish was terrific. I loved the taste of the pepper from the arugula, it added a wonderful dimension to tang of the Dijon mustard and balsamic vinegar.
I tried it hot and cold (on a picnic and both were remarkable with different tastes and textures. I will definitely be making this recipe again.

We made this for a dinner party last night. We substituted with spinach and a pork loin done on the BBQ. It came together quickly and our guests just ate it up! This morning we're enjoying the little that was left over as a cool summer breakfast- wonderful hot or cold! Don't skip adding this recipe to your file.

Excellent picnic, party and entertaining dish! My friend from high school came up to visit and we tried this for lunch! So delicious, the NY strip steak came out restaurant quality, and with all the fresh herbs mixed in with the balsamic vinegar, dijon and freshly grounded peppper and sea salt, umm umm dlish! It was very very easy to do, you really can't go wrong with this dish and it comes out restaurant quality without a lot of fuss! The taste was delightful, filling, and with the herbs refreshing and healthful, we're going to try it with bowtie pastas and fusilli as well.

Simple to make dish, and very tasty. I would recommend cutting the dijon in half, so it is not overpowering; and and add some garlic to the dressing. I also use beef tenderloin(that's what I had available cooked to medium-rare instead of NY strip. Overall, this is delicious and worth the time to make. Thanks Giada for another fabulous dinner.

I have made this twice..the first time I used all of the dressing and no hot pasta water and though everyone liked it the dressing was a bit overpowering. The second time I used a little more than half the dressing and half a cup of hot pasta water...so much better. Not overpowering at all....the family gave it a 5 star rating. I will be making this often. Thank you Giada!!

OUTSTANDING!! This was Super easy to make and fast. I would put a little less basil in it, but, nonetheless - there were no leftovers!
