I made this dish for a party and everyone loved it. You could definitely do this with chicken breast or even turkey. Thanks, Giada

I could only find arugula in a bagged mix with spinach, so I used that, and used whole wheat penne, also. Grilled the steak on the gas grill. We really liked this dish!

Really good! I would use more steak as well. The sauce compliments the steak great!

Easy to make and very tasty! However, either double the meat or 1/2 the pasta.

This was absolutely delicious. My husband doesn't care too much for balsamic, but even he thought it was great.

Fast to make, easy to prepare. I had left over chicken breast, so I used that instead of the beff, and it was delicious!!!

Never tried arugala before, but this recipe was a great way to start. The flavor of this dish is one that I have never had before. Peppery from the arugala and perky tasting from the balsamic and dijon. The basil added an interesting flavor in the background that was refreshiong and unique. I made the dish with sauteed ground turkey breast to cut down on calories and used whole wheat fusilli pasta instead of penne.
