This recipe says it takes 30 minutes to prepare but I think I was done in 15 or 20 minutes.
I also doubled the arugula and it was delicious -- but then I am a big time lover of arugula.
I also topped mine with a little bit of Pecorino cheese for an extra little zip.
So simple and easy to prepare, I will definitely do this one over and over again.

Great combination of ingredients and flavors in this simple recipe. My parents & even Mr. Picky loved it! I made plain popovers & added a teaspoon of Herbs de Provence to the batter, yum! Will make this one over & over again!

The dressing and seasonings are wonderful with the penne, steak, and arugula. Easy and delicious!
