I loved this recipe! It has great flavor from the roasted vegetables and the vinaigrette! Really delicious and simple to make. I actually crisped the prosciutto in the oven for about 5 minutes after the veggies were done. It made for a little crunch in the pasta. This is my new go-to - especially for the summer!

This has turned out to be our absolute favorite pasta salad dish. I little more work but so worth it.My husband has passed this recipe on to everyone he works with.

Always looking for a flavorful meal. I omitted the prosciutto to make it a vegetarian meal. Yummy!

I've been searching for the perfect chilled pasta dish that we be the main course for a party I will be hosting soon. I'm happy to say, "This one's it!"
I'm salivating just thinking about that stringy Parmesan mixing with the Dijon vinaigrette and don't get me started on how delicious the prosciutto final touch is going to be! Yum!
Thanks Giada!

Very good. Seemed like a lot of veggies at first but really when it was done I wished there was even more. ( I'm a huge veggie eater I also added broccoli which was so good! I brought it to my folks for dinner and my stepmom has to eat gluten free so I used brown rice pasta and it still turned out great.
Tip! When preheating the oven leave your roasting pan in it to get it nice and hot before putting the veggies on. Helps cook the veggies quicker on all sides.

I watched Giada make this on the show, and made it at home the next evening. It was delicious and has become a staple in our house. It also worked great as a side that can be served cold or hot when we had a bunch of family in town, this recipe makes a pretty large portion!

Made this recipe for a family 4th of July celebration, and it turned out terrible. Extremely strong olive oil taste. Tried to add onion and other things to fix it up, but to no success. I love her other recipes, but this one fell short of the mark.

WOW love this recipe. I've made it several times this summer already. I made it for a sweet 87 year old lady recently and she said it was the best dish she had tasted in years. She wanted to recipe. I think that says alot! I love all of the flavors together. It's great warm or cold. will make this for years to come

Yum!! This dish is my new favorit pasta salad. I think its just as tasty cold as it is hot. The Dressing is so good I also started using it on other salads.
