My family thought it was awesome and just as good as any restaurant. I have made this several times throughout the years and it never disappoints!

With a few modifications it was much better, not a lot of flavor. So I added a little oregano, and lemon juice and it added flavor to the dish. Thinking I will use the "Italian" chopped tomatoes next time. By the way the leftovers were even more flavorful the next day!

Easy recipe with lots of flavor. It's also less heavy than an Alfredo sauce. I wasn't able to follow the recipe exactly: no parsley, used dried basil, and lessened the garlic to three cloves and the red peppers to 1/8 t. I also used 1/2 lb bay scallops and 1/2 lb jumbo shrimp cut into smaller pieces. Oh...and I used chopped, Italian-style, stewed tomatoes. The resulting dish had just enough heat to be interesting, but not so much as to make our noses run. This recipe has "good bones" and is forgiving enough to allow me to pull it together using items in my pantry and freezer. My husband deemed this recipe "a keeper" and I agree. Next time, I'll make this for company.

    This recipe is SO delicious!!
The sauce is light yet flavorful. It would go well with chicken or sausage if you don't like shrimp.
I will definitely be making this again and again!

Great dish BUT I made the light version. Substituted heavy cream for fat free half and half also whole wheat pasta. It was still yummy. Will definitely make again. FYI had no clam juice so I boiled the shrimp shells and seasoned it with a bouillon cube.
