    This is one of the best, easiest and tastiest penne recipes I've tried. I ommited the red pepper flakes since I'm not a fan. I still LOVED it and received lots of compliments! I will make this over and over again.

    This was very good. I had to add a little cornstarch to the cream mixture as it just would not thicken up like I wanted it to. It had a great flavor and I think will be even better tomorrow. My husband loved it.

    well, i didnt have everything the recipe calls for. I used small shrimps and sautee with small garlic n onions. Didnt read the recipe well, added dry herbs to the shrimps. omitted the clam juice added only white wine n simmer for 20mins. still watery after 20mins so i added mexican cheese(the only cheese i haveand simmer longer. eye ball everything and still it turns out great!

    OMGosh!!! My husband couldn't stop saying how delicious this was. He looooved it, which made my day! I used a Pinot Grigio and I added mushrooms and baby scallops in addition to the shrimp. I also used linguini... perfecto! I will definitely be making this recipe again. It was delicious! Thanks Giada!

    Excellent recipe - great flavors, and quick to make. I made a stock by sauteing the shrimp shells in olive oil, adding the clam juice, and simmering for 20 minutes. It added some more depth to the flavors. Also, used spaghetti instead of penne with great result.

    Well this is another recipe that the family really enjoyed. Normally when i think of a cream sauce I think the sauce is going to be rich and heavy....surprisingly this recipe was light and full flavored. Very much worth it!

    If there was a 10-star rating, this would get a TEN! I'm not a real fan of spicy foods, but this has just the right amount of heat! Absolutely the best dish we have tried in a very long time.

    this was absolutely delish! I followed the recipe pretty much exactly and it came out wonderful! I will definately make this one again. the only thing i have to say is that i followed the recipe directions that giada did on the video rather than the instuctions, it was definately different...but the video way was perfect and i couldnt have found an easier more delicious meal to make!
