Great dish BUT I made the light version. Substituted heavy cream for fat free half and half also whole wheat pasta. It was still yummy. Will definitely make again. FYI had no clam juice so I boiled the shrimp shells and seasoned it with a bouillon cube.

This dish was light flavored and that's why I enjoyed it alot!

I had a very difficult tie accepting that this recipe was a miss because I tend to love Giada. The sauce lacked a lot of flavor. It was very bland, but my boyfriend was sweet and ate it anyway. I tried to even doctor up the leftovers, but there was so saving this dish.

Not very impressive. The pasta had a light flavor and was edible; however, it lacked the flavor and creaminess I had hoped for. Don't add the parmesan to the sauce because it simply melts and clumps...its better to add parmesan last after all other ingredients have been combined. I am a southern girl who loves to cook and loves very flavorful dishes...this missed the mark for me. Definitely not a "5" star in my book but would be acceptable for a quick simple family meal.

The flavor was great but I found it to be a bit to runny. I had to simmer it for a lot longer than the 7-8 minutes. Next time I'll cut down on the liquids.

So delicious, I think this was the best meal I ever made! I also served a salad and breadsticks; you'd expect to pay at least $16.oo for a meal like this at The Olive Garden. My only substitutions were dried basil because it's all I had and Marsala wine for the dry white. I also just poured in liquids and didn't measure, went a little over on the garlic! YUM!

Entire family + plus two teenagers who stayed for dinner after smelling this cooking, gave this rave reviews. Absolutely awesome!

This is so so good. The only thing I do differently is let it simmer for about 45 minutes or until it is reduced down and thicker. Add more parmesan sometimes.

This was an easy yummy dinner for the family. I added more shrimp, parmesan, and extra red pepper (not the flakes for more of a kick! My husband hates tomatoes and he ate most of them which was a surprise. The sauce is a thinner sauce, but the parmesan helps make it thicker and stick to the pasta more as well as a little pasta water.
