Thanks Giada. This pasta dish was delicious. Next time, I'll try spooning the dish into a casserole dish, adding cheese on top and baking for a few minutes. Superb!

I followed the recipe to the "T." My family, including my picky son, said its a dish you would get at a "fine Italian restaurant." This will be a part of my go to recipes. Thanks Giada.

This recipe is very similar to a dish that I had at a favorite Itialian resturant.
Instead of a can of tomatoes, I used 1/2 cup of roasted tomatoes that I found at my local food store olive bar and 1 tbs. tomato paste I added 1/2 red onion, 1/4 lb. of sweet Italian sausage and 1/2 lb. thick sliced chicken breast tenderloin. Saute this with garlic and other herbs. When chicken is nearly done, add raw shrimp and continue cooking. Follow the the remaining steps. For a little flair, place mixture in a baking dish, top with more cheese and bake until cheese is melted. Serve with crunchy bread. I've made it twice within two weeks and it's perfect to serve for a holiday meal!

I made this recipe the day after I watched Giada make it and was extremely pleased on how it turned out. My family loved the flavor even my 9 year old daughter couldn't stop saying how good it was. I brought a small portion to work with me and let a friend at work try it too, She thought it was really good as well. I've already shared this recipe with several other co-workers and can't wait to hear their coments. Another great recipe from Giada. Thank you!

I made this pasta tonight and it was wonderful. Using fresh raw shrimp really makes a difference. The balance of flavor is perfect. The red pepper flakes really heat up the dish, but don't make it unpleasantly spicy. If you liked this recipe I'd definitely try Giada's recipe for Italian Sausage and Peppers. It's a crowd pleaser.

Did not see the show but was looking for a new shrimp pasta recipe. I'm a busy resident with little time. This fit right into my schedule. Makes a lot (bringing the left overs for call tomorrow. This was delicious. Can't wait to make for my husband. Would work great for a dinner party. Did not make any substitutions. Was great just as is.

So I made this a couple of days after seeing the show and it was awesome. I used all the ingredients that the recipe called for so no deviation was made for me. I found the clam juice where fresh seafood is sold in my grocery store. I was somewhat hesitant to use it b/c I have never used it before. I didn't use as much as the recipe called for but next time I will. I thought that it might taste too "fishy" but it didn't. I did not use any lemon in the recipe but yet I thought that's what I tasted in the background of the sauce and so my only assumption is that the clam juice added that flavor. Whatever the case, it was easy to prepare and delicious to eat. I will definitely make this again. Giada, you are the best!!
