Simply put, this is a great recipe. I used 21 count shrimp instead of medium, but I don't think it would have mattered at all in terms of taste. This is a terrific, easy, satisfying, and fun dinner. Thanks for the excellent recipe!!

. I was tired of cooking the same old tradition dishes, so I tried this one. My family and I truly enjoyed this dish. It was easy to make and it was better than eating out and the ingredients were not expensive.
(HINT It was hard for me to find the claw juice. It is located in the tuna aisle.

I AM ALWAYS LOOKING FOR A GOOD PASTA DISH. THIS WAS SO EASY TO MAKE AND TOOK NO TIME AT ALL. MY FAMILY DOES NOT LIKE FISH SO I SUBSTITUTED ITALIAN SAUSAGE FOR THE SHRIMP, AND CHICKEN STOCK FOR THE WINE. I TOO USED THE PARMESAN CHEESE TRICK. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. THIS DISH IS A KEEPER:

This was very easy to make and delicious! Forgot to buy clam juice so I used chicken broth. Also used half & half since I had it on hand - was a little worried but it reduced fine. Next time will use clam broth as Giada recommended it on the show. Thanks Giada -- this is a keeper!

My son (who is a very picky eater had a friend over tonight and I was fixing this recipe. Not only did my son like it but I think his friend had three helpings!!! What a great dish- also very easy to prepare. I substituted chicken broth for the wine- just because I am a red wine drinker and had none on hand. Also I had to use dried basil. We live in a small town and fresh basil was not available. Even with these substitutions it was fabulous. Thanks Giada!

Giada states that this is a simply and satisfying meal and she delivered as she promised - very easy, and very realistic when comparing it to the way she describes it in the episode. I will be making this again, the ingredients are not over the top (easy to find in all super-markets it really does come together in about 20-25 minutes!!! Try it - you will like it!

I fixed this last night and I agree with everyone here that this a great one. The sauce was out of this world. I was lucky enough to have watched the program with this recipe just before I made it. Her tip of putting the grated cheese on top of the pasta before you put the shrimp back in was not in the printed recipe, but was a great idea. I will be making this again.
