Yummy! Whips up in a flash. Wonderful how fresh it is ~ a great way to get your greens. Used lots of garlic & lots of fresh ground pepper - gave it a lively bite. Will make again!

I followed the recipe exactly as written and it was Wonderful! Made a salad and toasted some italian bread put some goat chesse on each slice and served it atop the salad and it was a great meal, we didn't eat it as a side dish and we were all very happy.

I was rather disappointed with this recipe for several reasons. First I found it very bland. Second I didnt get much sauce when I made it and I followed it to the t. I think I would have loved this recipe with a little more sauce, cheese, and possibly chicken. I will try it again because its a real fresh idea however I will use more cheeses and chicken.

This recipe was amazing!!! However I did make a few changes to it ......
I added sweet peas and used arugala instead of spinach. Oh and I used mozzarella cheese instead of goat cheese (its not something I typically have lying in my refrigerator. I also added some sauteed shrimp to the meal just to have the healthy bonus of seafood! I love Giada's meals and this was a definite winner!

I added pine nuts for the crunch and one less garlic clove. I will make this again and again

I've been making a similar recipe for about 20 years - ever since I lived in southern Italy and was introduced to the recipe by family. The only change I make is a simple one: I like a dash of fresh nutmeg in the sauce to round out the flavors. And, as with the others, toasted nuts (your choice add a welcome crunch.

Pretty good. Agree with the reviews of not using too much garlic. Super easy to make and loved the texture, although my family kept commenting how GREEN it was! Put the rest of the sauce in a container to freeze.
