WAAAAAAY too much garlic. I would probably only use about a clove in the future and keep the other measurements the same. I wish I could comment on something other than the garlic, but it was so overpowering, it was really all I could taste :(

Love, love, love this dish. It's easy to make and absolutely delicious. I personally thought it called for too much garlic, but still a knockout at the kitchen table.

We add chicken and slow roasted tomatoes to make it a complete meal and it's a favorite at our house!

This is great but it is REALLY garlicky! I love garlic though so perfect for me! Also be careful with the pasta cooking water...last time I added too much and the sauce was too watery. Other than it is great and so so easy to make.

The beauty of this dish is also its beast. Its uncomplicated and minimal essence leaves you with a dish that is quick and easy, but you are aware of that with the similarity in every bite. Paring this with a flavorful bruschetta topped with brie is a good way to elevate the flavor of the plate. Otherwise, standing alone this is great for lunch or a meal for the kids.

This looked great and was easy to make, unfortunately there was no escaping the raw garlic flavour!!

I give this five stars because of how quickly this went from start to finish. It is maybe not the greatest pasta dish of all time, but it's pretty darn good considering how little effort I put into it. I loved the sauce (no cook!, and especially enjoyed the spinach leaves stirred into it. They gave it a nice texture. Any number of things could be added to this. I added some toasted pine nuts. Yummy! Tomatoes would be good, or peas, or chicken...gettin' hungry just thinking about it.

I made this when I was first married thinking my husband wouldn't like the goat cheese flavor. I was surprised to see him take 2nds and when I ask him what he wants to eat this week he always mentions this pasta dish.
I make it with angle hair pasta and saute breaded chicken. Such a wonderful dinner!!!! ::

I followed the recipe, and at first I thought it was too much garlic but after adding some Greek seasoning, it balanced the flavor. I also added some finely cut Prosciutto ham which added more flavor. Giada, your recipes are the best. Love ya for it.
