What a fantastic dish! It is definitely a garlic lovers dish but you can decrease the amount very easily if you wish. My husband hates all things green (aka vegetables so this was an interesting recipe choice. Once he got over the fact that it was green (even the pasta was green from the sauce he tried it and absolutely RAVED about it! I used wheat pasta and did add a little extra parmesan cheese in the blender just because we are cheese finatics! I love all things Italian and it's a good thing because my husband is Italian! This recipe will definitely be going into my cooking arsenal! Thanks Giada! You are the best!

You have to be a garlic lover to enjoy this dish! I followed the recipe exactly. At first, the garlic was too intense (and I'm a garlic lover! but I found after it sat for a couple hours the garlic really mellowed out and I could not stop eating it!
    SAVE PASTA WATER-YOU'LL NEED IT
I think next time I'd add a little more cheese for taste (and maybe vegetable broth or milk(?. Also, I'll probably add parmesan in the food processor.

You'll have to really like garlic to enjoy this dish,
If you're not a garlic lover this dish would be great with 1.5-2 cloves. If its too strong at first, be patient!

I finally decided to go with this recipe. I followed it step by step word by word. The very first thing I noticed was how STRONG the garlic smell was. I do not have a food processor so I had to use a blender. Once the pasta was done I did exactly what the recipe said to. Everything came out right to include the color of the sauce (based on the video except the garlic. I know next time to use only 1 garlic clove instead of three because to me it was way to much. I honestly cannot and will not finish this dish due to the intensity of the garlic. Other than that-Great Recipe!

My wife and I are huge garlic & spinach fans. This recipe is great on weeknights when you want something home cooked, tasty and decent for you, but don't have a lot of time.

This dish is so delicious and very easy to make. I noticed some people said that the sauce is too thick - add a bit of the water from cooking the pasta to thin it out a little, as Giada suggests. It was even better left over than fresh!

This was very easy and quick to make. I substituted ricotta for goat cheese. It definitely had an intense garlic flavor. I didn't like the uncooked spinach leaves mixed in. Next time, which there certainly will be, I plan to chop them up so they cook and blend in a little better.

My husband and I really liked this dish and with the spinach factor it felt like we were eating somewhat healthy! I only used 2 cloves of garlic and it was very garlicy, but we like garlic. Next time though I'd probably opt for 1.5 cloves.

I have to admit I was not very excited to try this recipe. My husband wanted me to make it so I did. I read the reviews and cut back on the garlic. I used two large cloves and grated them before I put them in the food processor. I also used feta cheese instead of goat cheese because that's what I had on hand. It turned out very good. The sauce was very flavorful. I will make it again.

This recipe was so simple to put together and turned out great. I replaced goat cheese with feta and added diced tomatoes. It had a very strong garlic flavor that mellowed out after sitting in the fridge overnight. Next time, I might try reducing the amount of garlic or roasting the garlic first. This pasta also tastes really good chilled with a drizzle of olive oil.
