I have to admit I was not very excited to try this recipe. My husband wanted me to make it so I did. I read the reviews and cut back on the garlic. I used two large cloves and grated them before I put them in the food processor. I also used feta cheese instead of goat cheese because that's what I had on hand. It turned out very good. The sauce was very flavorful. I will make it again.

This recipe was so simple to put together and turned out great. I replaced goat cheese with feta and added diced tomatoes. It had a very strong garlic flavor that mellowed out after sitting in the fridge overnight. Next time, I might try reducing the amount of garlic or roasting the garlic first. This pasta also tastes really good chilled with a drizzle of olive oil.

This was a great recipe, but way too much garlic. I will make it again and reduce the garlic to 1 clove. Very easy and quick.

I really liked this recipe but it didn't BLOW us away like most of Giada's pasta recipes. I will definitely make it again cause it's quick, easy and healthy. I am a huge garlic fan and next time I probably will use 2 cloves instead of 3.

I just made this, I was at the office assisting the dentist while the show was on and I made a mental note of what was used in this recipe. I used cottage cheese instead of goat cheese and it turned out good...I used 2 cloves of garlic but I think I will only use one from now on as the garlic is a very strong ingredient taste wise, almost overpowering of the other flavors. It took me about 12 minutes or less to whip this up and have to say that I am glad I tried it out.

I really liked this. I added mushrooms and used left over cheeses that were just sitting in my fridge. (feta instead of goat and added some bree. It was really yummy and my 4 year old loved it! This is a keeper! I will definitely make this again!

I made the recipe just the way it read. The kids and I just loved it. I loved all the flavors and the fact that it is so good for you. If you like garlic, you'll love it!!

I didn't read the reviews before I made this dish because I thought it looked great on television today. But after I made it, it became apparent that there is FAR too much garlic in this. I had to throw the entire dish away because it was so potent! Luckily the ingredients weren't too expensive and I can remake it without all of the garlic! If you plan on making this, I suggest, along with other people who have rated it, to half the amount of garlic, if not just using one clove.

I was looking for something fast and healthy for my family. I tried this recipe without the goat cheese and it was delicious. It looked really appetizing too. All the green was vibrant. In the future, I would add only 1-1.5 cloves of garlic as I am not a big garlic fan. I also added the juice of one lemon, which brought out the fresh flavors. We have vegetarian friends coming for dinner and I am considering making this dish. Even my one-year-old ate it. Thank you, Giada!!
