Usually, I find pasta sauces to be boring. I loved this one. I also used thawed frozen chopped spinach (about 3/4 the box and sun dried tomatoes. In fear that the sauce was going to be a little tasteless, I also added red pepper flakes, doubled the called for amount of cream cheese, parsley and cilantro. Topped it with shrimp to make it a complete meal. Thanks, Giada! You are the queen of Italian.

Very easy to make. I left the spinach sauce, pasta, parm cheese and pasta water separate. My husband and I mixed what we wanted the first night and refrigerated the rest. Then we could eat the rest for leftovers. I heated the spinach sauce, pasta water, pasta, and cheese in the microwave and then put on the spinach for a great lunch. My kids did not like it. Maybe if I substituted all cream cheese for the goat cheese, they may like it.

So good! Add some grilled chicken and it's an easy weeknight meal. I followed the recipe exactly and also added some sun-dried tomatoes. I will be making this again!

Simple, great dish. I find, as some below do, that adding an acid and cooking the sauce down can be a huge help if the garlic is too much for you and yours (though it typically hasn't been for us, and I also enjoy adding grilled chicken and sun-dried tomatoes. We typically double the recipe, and the refrigerated leftovers become lunch or an easy side dish for a day or two to come.

Delicious, easy, healthy! This dish is very quick and easy to make. The sauce can be made in the time it takes the pasta to cook! I threw in some cooked shrimp to add extra protein. The meal made for great leftovers- great weeknight meal!

This was simply delicious. Lots of fresh flavors from the garlic and goat cheese. I added a few sun dried tomatoes from Giada's Target grocery collection to the spinach, goat cheese, cream cheese mixture. That gave it an extra layer of flavor. Absolutely outstanding recipe!!!

This was very tasty and very easy prepare. I had it on the table in 20 minutes! I omitted the cream cheese and doubled the goat cheese. Like the previous comments, be generous with the reserved pasta water and cut back on the garlic if you or your guests are sensitive to it.
I will make again and probably only use 1-2 garlic cloves. Pretty good for a go to weeknight meal!
