Way too much garlic! My blender wouldn't blend the cheeses and garlic (I do have one of those cheapy blenders so I added some water and the whole thing turned out to be way to soupy. Because of that and the taste of too much garlic I had to throw the whole thing away. Probably won't make it again.

I thought this was a very solid dish I roasted the garlic and added toasted pine nuts, sundried tomato as well. Would use more goat cheese next time I think. Marinated some chicken overnight for boyfriend.

Added a bit more cream cheese. Used an Italian cheese blend. Added sausage that I browned first. AWESOME.

I love this recipe. It's so easy & tasty. Today I used up some greens that were going to go bad if I didn't use them soon. I used them as a substitute for the 1/2 of spinach that goes in the food processor. A little extra salt/pepper & it was just as good. I've added rotisserie chicken for some protein too. So yummy.

I love this because you don't have to cook the sauce, it's so simple, I did triple the amount of sauce though, and added bacon for my boyfriend : Yum!

very tasty , if people read my comments , when you see in a recipe to reserved 1cup of pasta waters , that doesnt mean that you need to all use it. Its you who decide if you prefered a creamy sauce or more liquid. Plus me I do not cooked 1pound of pasta , cause we are only 2 , I only cooked half of it but still do the sauce with the same incredient .. than I got more sauce on my pasta. ;0

My family loved this... even my daughter that's a very picky eater. As suggested by other reviewers I did double the sauce and I'm glad I did. We are meat lovers so I added a pound and a half of chicken breast cut up in bite size pieces and sauteed with a little olive oil, some Italian spices, a little garlic powder and a little onion powder. So other than adding chicken and doubling the sauce I didn't change anything else. Thanks for a great recipe. Oh and it's so easy and fast to make.

This was absolutely amazing! I made it for my family and I'm only 14 :D. They loved it! The only change I made was to use only one clove of garlic, and that was definitely enough. I also just kept adding the pasta water a little at a time until I thought it was enough. The great thing about this dish is that it is very filling and you only need a little to satisfy your hunger. Thanks Giada! :D i can't wait to make it again.

This dish was tasty! However I felt that there wasn't enough sauce to flavor the pasta.

This is the one recipe where I can get my husband to eat spinach! We love this dish, and it is one of my son-in-laws favorite recipes too!
