Great recipe! Very simple and easy to make! Next time I cook this I will add my own zesty spin on it. Maybe extra garlic (I love garlic or a little seasoning. It is however perfect the way it is if you're having it with something that's packed with flavor. I happened to get lucky. 5 stars! Very yummy! I highly recommend! And the video was EXCELLENT! Made the steps even quicker to follow.

This was so easy and yummy. But I have to confess - I am a garlic lover to the max and generally always double the amount of garlic any recipe calls for. This one I did just that, and oh my goodness. It was wonderful cold the next day as a cold pasta salad leftover. I used veggie penne pasta for mine, and the regular cream cheese also.

I thought this was very good, with the addition of a jalapeno pepper. it gave it that extra something that was missing and of course, as Giada says, it made it mine.

I love Giada and her recipes...but this was not a hit for me. It was quite boring an bland. :( However, it was definitely an easy recipe.

Way too much garlic! My blender wouldn't blend the cheeses and garlic (I do have one of those cheapy blenders so I added some water and the whole thing turned out to be way to soupy. Because of that and the taste of too much garlic I had to throw the whole thing away. Probably won't make it again.

I thought this was a very solid dish I roasted the garlic and added toasted pine nuts, sundried tomato as well. Would use more goat cheese next time I think. Marinated some chicken overnight for boyfriend.

Added a bit more cream cheese. Used an Italian cheese blend. Added sausage that I browned first. AWESOME.

I love this recipe. It's so easy & tasty. Today I used up some greens that were going to go bad if I didn't use them soon. I used them as a substitute for the 1/2 of spinach that goes in the food processor. A little extra salt/pepper & it was just as good. I've added rotisserie chicken for some protein too. So yummy.

I love this because you don't have to cook the sauce, it's so simple, I did triple the amount of sauce though, and added bacon for my boyfriend : Yum!
