Very easy to make and got great reviews from my dinner guests. I loved it too -- very tasty! I ended up making the sauce in a blender since I don't have a food processor. If you do this, you'll need to add a little olive oil and/or water to help the blender get going.

Made this with my Mom tonight. It was delicious, and the green color was very nice. We used an Italian cheese instead of goat cheese, which was not at our grocery store. Will make it again!

I cook many of Giada's recipes and I was a little nervous for this one because my 3 yr. old son does not like spinach (what 3 yr. old does?! It was a huge hit in our household...My husband and my kids thought it was fantastic. The only thing I changed was substituting whole milk ricotta for the goat cheese. My son told me after dinner, "I don't like big spinach, I just like baby spinach..." Now it is one of his favorites!

I made this as a side dish for dinner, and my husband loved it. Wants me to make again. I used Humboldt Fog Goat Cheese as this is what I had on hand. Yummy, Yummy. The garlic was right on the money. Anymore and it would have been overkill.

Don't know if I'll make it again, I think it needed something else, perhaps roasted tomatoes.

This is a tasty recipe. I made this recipe the way it is written, but everyone is right about too much garlic. Ilove garlic, and it was a bit intense for me. I even chose the smallest gloves! I'll make this again, but will probably saute at least one of the cloves.
