This is a tasty recipe. I made this recipe the way it is written, but everyone is right about too much garlic. Ilove garlic, and it was a bit intense for me. I even chose the smallest gloves! I'll make this again, but will probably saute at least one of the cloves.

wow--the garlic is STRONG!! This dish has real potential, but the raw garlic really overpowers any of the other flavors. I still ate it, but my family couldn't. BUT, my cloves were big. I would suggest no more than 1 heaping tablespoon of diced raw garlic--my cloves were probably a tablespoon each!

Wow, a recipe he finally really really likes! He says he's not a picky eater, but I beg to differ. Love the simplicity of the recipe and good strong garlic flavor (my cloves were huge. A nice addition to our recipe folder.

This is so simple and so amazingly delicious! Only addition was a little Maldon sea salt over the top...but, other than that, don't mess with perfection! Fresh, flavorful and just delicious.

I tried out this recipe before "Girl's Night" . . they will LOVE it! I actually used garlic from the tube (it's concentrated spinach and arugula (that's all I had on hand. I cooked up some chicken breasts and sauteed fresh tomatoes. I can't believe I made something so tasty!!

My trainer suggested a complex-carb meal before working out for added energy. Quick to make, tastes delicious but had to cut down on the garlic. Didn't want to offend anybody at the gym. great color, great taste I even threw some cubed tuna steak on top.
