This dish was tasty! However I felt that there wasn't enough sauce to flavor the pasta.

This is the one recipe where I can get my husband to eat spinach! We love this dish, and it is one of my son-in-laws favorite recipes too!

Made it tonight, its just wonderful. I sauteed the garlic in olive oil before adding it to the processor. My husband loved it too

Not impressed. Too much liquid in the sauce...very watery. Tossed the dish in the trash.

Simple and healthy yet delicious! After reading the reviews, I made 1 adjustment - I cooked the whole garlic cloves in 1 tsp olive oil for a few minutes before adding to processor. I served it w/ chicken cutlets sauteed in the same garlic infused olive oil. My 6 year old son loved it, even w/ spinach in it! Thanks Giada!

Loved this! I made it as a side dish for Giada's Roman Style Chicken and it was an excellent pairing. I made two slight adjustments: used slightly less garlic and didn't use the whole spinach leaves (I chopped it all up in the food processor.

Great weeknight meal! Instead of mincing the garlic in the food processor, I first smashed the garlic and sauteed it in a little olive oil then added it into the mix in the food processor. Turned out great! I also added toasted walnuts at the end. Seems like this pasta recipe could have lots of additions like others have said- sun dried tomatoes, mushrooms, olives- very versatile!

I loved this. I skipped the garlic, didn't have any fresh but added calamati olives and grape tomatoes. It was not only delish but beautiful. Can't wait to make again.

Very easy and yummy! It was very garlicky but we love garlic so didn't mind! Added sun dried tomatoes for a little something extra.

We loved this recipe. Next time I will add a little more garlic and salt.
