very tasty , if people read my comments , when you see in a recipe to reserved 1cup of pasta waters , that doesnt mean that you need to all use it. Its you who decide if you prefered a creamy sauce or more liquid. Plus me I do not cooked 1pound of pasta , cause we are only 2 , I only cooked half of it but still do the sauce with the same incredient .. than I got more sauce on my pasta. ;0

My family loved this... even my daughter that's a very picky eater. As suggested by other reviewers I did double the sauce and I'm glad I did. We are meat lovers so I added a pound and a half of chicken breast cut up in bite size pieces and sauteed with a little olive oil, some Italian spices, a little garlic powder and a little onion powder. So other than adding chicken and doubling the sauce I didn't change anything else. Thanks for a great recipe. Oh and it's so easy and fast to make.

This was absolutely amazing! I made it for my family and I'm only 14 :D. They loved it! The only change I made was to use only one clove of garlic, and that was definitely enough. I also just kept adding the pasta water a little at a time until I thought it was enough. The great thing about this dish is that it is very filling and you only need a little to satisfy your hunger. Thanks Giada! :D i can't wait to make it again.

This dish was tasty! However I felt that there wasn't enough sauce to flavor the pasta.

This is the one recipe where I can get my husband to eat spinach! We love this dish, and it is one of my son-in-laws favorite recipes too!

Not impressed. Too much liquid in the sauce...very watery. Tossed the dish in the trash.

Simple and healthy yet delicious! After reading the reviews, I made 1 adjustment - I cooked the whole garlic cloves in 1 tsp olive oil for a few minutes before adding to processor. I served it w/ chicken cutlets sauteed in the same garlic infused olive oil. My 6 year old son loved it, even w/ spinach in it! Thanks Giada!

Loved this! I made it as a side dish for Giada's Roman Style Chicken and it was an excellent pairing. I made two slight adjustments: used slightly less garlic and didn't use the whole spinach leaves (I chopped it all up in the food processor.

Great weeknight meal! Instead of mincing the garlic in the food processor, I first smashed the garlic and sauteed it in a little olive oil then added it into the mix in the food processor. Turned out great! I also added toasted walnuts at the end. Seems like this pasta recipe could have lots of additions like others have said- sun dried tomatoes, mushrooms, olives- very versatile!
