So easy and so delicious. The flavor was wonderful. Had it for a main course so I added some sliced, cooked hot italian sausage. Only tip, I tried to reheat leftovers two days later and the spinach had become bitter.

With the list of ingredients I knew there was little chance that I wouldn't like this recipe, and I was right. The garlic is a bit strong, so if you don't love garlic, you might want to cut back. Next time I will try with roasted garlic instead of raw just for a different flavor. I didn't have quite enough spinach on hand, so I filled in with arugula, and it added a great spicy note to the dish. With leftovers I added some rotisserie chicken for protein and it was very good. I will make this again!

Wanted an interesting, tasty, different side to serve with the rest of my dinner and this fit the bill. Was worried that my guests (not the most adventuresome eaters would be turned off by the goat cheese element so did not tell them in advance. They loved it. Will definitely make it again.

This pasta was so easy to make. It was not so cheesey that I felt guilty eating it. The pasta tasted fresh and was full of flavor, I will definitley make it again!

Wow what a wonderful joy for the mouth! Even my son ate it and he does not like spinach. It was so good. Oh my gosh this one is a keeper

Loved this recipe. I love a suace that you don't have to cook. I will make this over and over. Some reviewers thought the garlic was too much. I disagree.

This was just great. I fixed it with the citrus chicken from the same show. My husband liked it so much that he ate it cold later.

This recipe is so easy, garlicky, and rich. It's hard to believe it is so healthy for you as well! If you like garlic, you will love it.
