    I made this for my family - myself, my husband, my 2 1/2 year old daughter and 10 month old daughter. We are traditional pesto lovers and thought this would be a good alternative. After reading others feedback, I only used 2 cloves of garlic, just right (but we LOVE garlic. I added the entire bag of spinach to the recipe since I didn't want the texture of the wilted - turned out fine. I also added a bit more of each cheese just because I love them! The 10 month old couldn't get enough of it and the rest us thought it was great.

    Easy, tasty, and healthy. We substituted Feta for goat cheese. The dish was garlicky and I may reduce the amount of garlic next time. I like the easy prep and the ease of modification to this sidedish to make it a meal (e.g., by adding chicken. I'm not a spinach eater, but try to incorporate more veggies to increase healthy meals. I will definately make this again.

    I thought this called for too much pasta and too much garlic. I thought there was not enough sauce for the amount of pasta. I would add less garlic and more goat cheese and cream cheese. Maybe a touch of cream would be good as well.

    I made this dish for the first time for my husband and a friend of ours, and it was a huge hit. I love garlic, so I added a touch more, but loved it just the same. What a great tasting and good for you dish.

    This recipe was very easy to make. I love goat cheese and try to find ways to incorporate it with meals. The sauce had a mild goat cheese taste that was delicious.
