I fixed this as a side to a Chicken dish. I liked the idea of serving a starch and veggie rolled into one recipe. It was a nice compliment to the meal and very good tasting. I couldn't get my food processor to work so I ended up using the blender. This was time consuming because I had a hard time getting the spinach pureed. If you find yourself in a similar predicament, try putting the spinach leaves in first followed by the cream and goat cheeses. Just before the pasta is done, take about 1/3 cup of pasta water and added it to the sauce in the blender, blend it again and the sauce will pour out easier plus the clean up will go better too.

I would not make this recipe again and I love spinach. I served this with the Garlic and Citrus Chicken on the side. It was easy to make, but neither me nor my husband liked it much. I took the leftovers and mixed the shredded chicken in. I liked the pasta better that way but you lose the citrus taste of the chicken when you mix them.

5 stars for presentation (the green color is great, but 3 for taste!

i made this on a lazy saturday with my husband. I was shocked at how quickly we prepared it! It was so delicious we almost ate all of it up in one night! We suprisingly loved the whole grain pasta...it made for a great healthy & hearty meal!

Saw Giada make this the other day & couldn't wait to try. Simple, quick & easy to prepare. Perfectly fabulous to taste. Made a half recipe of pasta with a full recipe of the "sauce". Saved half. May use for sandwiches. I think if would be great on just about anything. Contrary to other reviews, I love garlic. I thought it was perfect.

This is the second recipe of Giada's that I have tried and disliked. There is not much flavor beyond the overpowering garlic.

This is an excellent and easy recipe. I also added a can of diced tomatoes during the blending process. Came out great!!
