I was surprised my husband loved it. He is very finicky and hates italian food. However next time i am going to use 2 cloves of garlic the kids did not care for it. I loved it

I love spinach and have it several times a week either cooked or not, but the chopped spinach in this dish was too much of not one one thing or the other. This was much better as a left over when the spinach was not so raw. The flavor was a bit bland so I added some basil to the cheese mixture which made it very tasty.

This is the perfect healthy pasta dish. Even if you don't like spinach, it is something you'll love. The goat cheese and cream cheese give it a creamy texture while the garlic gives it a bit of a zing. The first time I tried it, the garlic seemed a bit strong so I did a quick saute the second time before I put it into the sauce. It turned out perfectly.

This was a great recipe! I watched it on TV and I was so excited to try it. Preparation was SO easy and I loved the whole spinach mixed in with it. I put in two cloves of garlic and it was perfect. Thanks so much for this recipe. I will definently be making it again

I loved this dish. I couldn't believe how easy and delicious it was. I got home from the gym and no more than 20 minutes later was dinner ready!

This was not an over the top great pasta dish for me. However, my 5 and 7 year olds both had seconds and will normally not even touch a spinach dish. So I will make again for them. I added a little lemon zest to perk up the flavor for me. I also cut the garlic back to one clove based on other reviews. Will probabely increase to two cloves next time.

I don't agree w/those who didn't like the amount of garlic. The garlicky, tangy flavor was just delicious! Yes Giada, another home run!!

I have never meet a pasta dish I didn't like....except for this one! I don't know if it was the goat cheese (I had never used before or what but my husband summed it all up by saying, maybe we could rinse it off and still eat the pasta! Sorry!

It could not be faster or easer. I though the garlic was just right. Very Good!

Due to goat cheese being a very acquired taste AND it being more expensive than cream cheese I exchanged the goat cheese for the cream cheese. I did change the taste a bit but the goat cheese flavor was still there.

The uncooked spinach that is tossed in even when using baby spinach still seemed a bit granular.

I originally served as shown but then put it in a baking dish put some grated cheese on top and baked and that seemed to make a little better.

I love to watch Giada cook and everything looks great but this is the 4th thing I have tried that looks better than it tastes...I guess she is just that much better of a cook than I.
