Very good and quick to make. Cut back on the garlic since I'm not a big garlic fan and used mozzarella instead of goat cheese. None of the tastes were overpowering; Just a great tasting pasta dish with a little flair.

I saw this the other day and decided to try since I am on a restricted diet (New Years Resolution. I am in the industry of food and wine and cook every single day and grab inspiration from all the Food Network cooks. I am always looking for a low fat way to make a pesto to enjoy over my wheat pasta...and this is it! GORGEOUS! I blended this with Basil also and a touch of lemon juice. I also blended it the whole way and did not leave any spinach left over. This is the very first review I've written and I've used recipes off this site for year. Very impressive for a "diet" pasta.

Great flavors mean you don't have to eat as much to feel satisfied. The tang of the goat cheese and the raw garlic gave it that big bang flavor. Reducing the garlic to one clove prevented it from being overpowering. I had it for lunch the next day adding some of that ready-to-go salmon in a foil pouch. It was excellent.

obviously by proof of the other comments there is a garlic problem. does someone read these comments and try to fix it or is this futile. the recipe is somewhat edible at best. not worthy to be included as a recipe of giada's.

I tried this with some grilled chicken and a Merlot. The flavors and textures were fantastic.

Simple to make, easy to execute and the flavors are wonderful! I thought this might be "good", but this was "great"!

I used our local grocers low carb pasta in this and calculated the points out and came to only 5 per serving. I have had a hard time finding low point options for pasta (my weakness that tasted good. My husband described this to me and I thought I would hate it, it was WONDERFUL. He even used fat free cream cheese (which I do not like. I am a happy camper!

I also read what reviewers said about the garlic and cut back to one even though we love garlic...raw garlic is so much more potent than cooked! I also substituted goat cheese with shredded mozzarella. My husband hates the taste of goat cheese but the recipe still came out wonderful and I would make it again!
