    Thank you, reviewers. I loved the goat cheese and the spinach but cut way back on the garlic. I only gave her 3 stars because, as written, it's too raw garlicy. But great with the suggested alterations.

    I must agree with some of you that there was waaay too much garlic in this recipe. That much raw garlic left me feeling like my mouth was on fire afterward.. And I found that there wasn't enough sauce for the amount of pasta, it ended up being a little dry.

    Agree with the others--creamy goodness and I love the taste of the goat cheese and the garlic. But too much garlic. My husband unfortunately did not read the comments and made the sauce as per the recipe. Even though I absolutely loved it (and I LOVE garlic my mouth is now on fire. I'm sure one big clove or two small ones would suffice.

    It was so creamy and good! I didn't have a goat cheese log, so I replaced it with crumbled Feta, and it was delicious! Definitely cut the garlic down!! I used one LARGE clove, and it still was really strong!! I agree with the other reviews, it is great with just Giada's ingredients, or you could add your favorites in. It would also be really good with a protein....chicken, shrimp, or even salmon!! YUM

    I love this recipe.. so easy and fast, perfect on a work day.. However, I agree with most others, 3 cloves of garlic is toooo much..I will make this again with about 1/2 the garlic.. I would still give it 4 stars.. but with 1 1/2 cloves garlic. it will be perfect and it would get a 5 star from me.

    Yet again Giada delivers with a simple, flavorful, and delicious recipe! I folded in even more fresh spinach and although I am a garlic lover it was indeed a bit strong so I will likely use 2 cloves next time, all in all a wonderful dish that I will definitely make again.

    So good! I've made this dish twice, and the second time was much much better! This time, I made sure that the goat cheese and cream cheese were room temperature. Also, I added tomatoes, which was a good sweet balance to the tartness of the goat cheese and 2 cloves of garlic.

    This recipe was good but I agree with other posts, too garlicy. I would cut back to 2 cloves. I added blackened chicken and made it a meal.

    This recipe was very good!! Extremely healthy for you as well. The only thing I noticed is that you definitely have to keep adding the salt in layers or else it is bland.
