These meatballs are fantastic. The turkey makes them very tender and you can't taste a real difference between it and ground beef. My only suggestion is to make your meatballs big enough so you don't have tiny pieces of meatball and don't make them too big or they'll burn on the outside and won't get cooked all the way through. My husband's favorite dish!

I'm not a big fan of turkey but these came out delicious the first time I made them. Second and third time, they didn't turn out very moist. I'd not skimp on whole milk or eggs. Take care not to overhandle the meat and use the dark kind. This is a keeper!

We all loved this and it really is easy to make. I was nervous the tomato sauce would be bland but it wasn't. It was just perfect with the rest of the flavors.

Giada does it again..these are wonderful, but as warned very fragile.

To make them even more healthful, use whole wheat bread crumbs, skim milk and three egg whites instead of two whole. On whole wheat pasta..this..is another winner!

Love the recipe - it's easy to make and the turkey makes it lighter and healthier than a regular meatball.
Easy to make, especially if you have a good canned sauce - took about 1/2 hour. Of course the turkey is not as good as a normal meatball but if you're watching what you eat, this is the way to go. Thanks!

I thought these were great! I've never gone to the trouble of making meatballs, but these were very easy to make and so delicious! I did add some crushed red pepper and next time will add even more seasonings.

This recipe was absolutely great! I also added garlic, onion, and grill seasoning powders as well as oregano and it was terrific. Another great tip: Try using an Italian blend of cheeses such as Parmesan, Romano and Asiago. It gives it a great bite!

Most of the time, Turkey Meatballs are dry, hard and flavorless. Fortunately, this recipe yielded the opposite. Definitely THE recipe for Turkey Meatballs.

Always tender and delicious. Great with pasta and red sauce or with a beefy garlic gravy.
