I made these cookies as part of my X-mas cookies last year and they were a big hit! I can't wait to make them again this year! They were the easiest cookies I have made in a long time with a very refreshing flavor!

An ultra-crispy cookie that's delightful. The fennel gives the cookie a distinctive yet not too strong flavor and the pine nuts are a perfect match. A great aroma while baking.

just great. i used different kind of nuts since i didn't have pine nuts, but it worked.
