This is a very simple recipe!! The semifreddo is good but no as difficult as making ice cream.

I didn't have vanilla extract so I just skipped, but it still good!

I replaced pineapple with nectarines what I had on hand, it also good, I will try strawberry or even nuts next time!!!!

This was so easy to make, and a nice change from ice cream. It's sophisticated enough to be interesting for adults but the kids still love it!

This was very easy, light and refreshing. I put it into a store bought graham cracker pie crust rather than using the cookie crumbs on the top. It worked great as a pie! Did it this way because I was taking to a friend's house, so easier to transport in the pie shell.

This is so easy to make and so delicious! It tastes like Pineapple ice cream. The perfect dessert! I couldn't find the cookies so I substituted Ginger Snap Cookies and it was great.

This was a nice refreashing dessert on a hot summer evening. I also made a simple glaze of powdered sugar and pineapple juice to go on top.

Giada hit the jackpot with this dessert. It's light and creamy all at once. It has the perfect amount of sweetness. Maybe the next time I'll add a little coconut but I think this recipe is perfect the way it is. Any richer or sweeter - just call it ice cream...

This was so easy to make and delicious...I shared this with family and friends and received the highest praise. I did not have the amaretti cookies available in my area but instead used windmills and they were just as good.

I have not made it yet, but am going to try it out. I don't have any pinaples, so I am going to experiment with oranges. It sounds good!

Not the easiest recipe by far! It is refreshing since its frozen and doesn't seem too heavy even though there is heavy cream in it. I think with a little more sweetness and flaked coconut, it would be great!
